Gear Review - Five.Ten Anasazi Slipper

The Anasazi slipper is based on the Anasazi last - no surprises there! Unlike some slippers I've tried the Anasazi slipper is surprisingly comfortable and is in my opinion the key to its success - as well as the super sticky 5.10 stealth c4 rubber. The double-layered elastic band around the top of the foot keeps everything tight on top and the powerful slingshot heel pushes your toes where they need to be. The inner lining stops stretch and makes them all the more comfortable. The midsole is quite soft providing immaculate smearing along with superb edging with the sensitivity of silk socks. They work as well on plastic as real rock.

The heel is easy to slip on and off perfect for between comp routes but maybe a little too easy - especially if you have sweaty feet like me. However heel hooking is the only problem with these shoes.
When buying these shoes the fit needs to be tight or they won't work. I recommend one size down from normal shoe size. This is a true all-rounder and at around £50-£55 the price is right.
Definitely worth a try!
4/5 on the Matt scale
(would have been 5 but for the heel)
